5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of quote. We accept various payment methods as discussed during the quote process. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Big O's Landscaping or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Big O's Landscaping's website, even if Big O's Landscaping or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Big O's Landscaping website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
